I am a foreigner from Taiwan. Is it lawful to apply for a green card EB3/EB2 while holding an F1 visa? Since I am currently studying for a doctorate degree in Nursing and have a valid US registered nurse license, but a human resource agency contacted me. It said they can help me apply for a green card to work... I am afraid of violating the law. Please help me, thank you!
