跟一家consulting公司签了合同，发现里面的一条关于termination条款，说employer可以terminate at any time, 但是employee必须要在Termination Date (2年)之后才能terminate

"The employee may terminate this agreement after the termination date”

这是说Termination Date之前我不可以离职吗？
