今年我两家H1B都抽中了，但是关于审核过程我有点疑问。会存在国土安全局发现都是同一个人而把两个都否定的情况吗（这两家没啥交集）。

另外律师之前帮我file的申请文件够吗，感觉都很简单啊，是不是基本都会被RFE啊。

This year I received both H1B lottery from two totally different companies. But i have some doubts about the processing issue. Is it possible that Homeland Security Department would deny both of my filings as they find they are the same person of myself?

Also I notice previously it seems like my lawyer prepared limited documents for my H1B package, is it enough for normal check? Will that cause the REF result naturally?

不会，可以同时多个不同的雇主为一个人file H1B的申请。需要看个人的申请材料，case by case。
