Hi,
I am currently working for a non-profit company with H-1B visa receiving in 2013. My H-1B visa is non-capped.
Now I'd like to change job to a profit company. I know I would go through the lottery process. But I am not sure when would I be able to work for the new employer assuming that I get an offer before April 1st, and the new employer files a petition for me. And between April 1st to October 1st, which employer am I eligible to work for?
Could you help me with these two questions? Thank you!
