Hello,

My first H1b is I-797A with company A, and when I joined company B, I got the I-797B. However, it does have I94# with it. My question is, now I want to transfer to company C. Do I need to have a visa stamping outside US  before I apply the new H1b with company C? Thank you in advance.

If your 797B approval letter indicates that your "change of status" has been approved then you don't need the visa stamping to transfer H1B.
