Question

I'm from China and currently in OPT status. My OPT will expire on 6/2/2014. My question is can I still work after 6/2 even though at that time my green card is not approved? Can I expedite my application? Thank you so much!! (sorry, can't type Chinese at work).

婚姻绿卡是不能加急的，但是如果您昨天递交了申请，那么您应该在三个月内可以收到移民局发给您的新的EAD，只要您在6月2日之前收到了新的EAD，您就可以继续工作，前提是您一定要递交了I-765的申请表格。
