建议您还是不要向任何email list seller购买email list。使用类似于购买等途径获取的email list发送邮件时必须严格按照CAN SPAM这个法案的规定才能使得使用是不违法的，否则非常容易会导致违法行为被Federal Trade Commission起诉。
