I am currently on F-1 OPT post-completion status, working for a company in California.
About four years ago, while on H-1B status, I purchased a house in Texas. After being laid off from that position, I pursued a higher degree in Texas under F-1 status.
Now, I’m planning to invite a property management company to manage my Texas property ( Finding a tenant and collecting rents ) . They have asked me to complete a W-9 form.
I would like to confirm:

Will submitting the W-9 form have any negative impact on my current F-1 OPT status?

Could this cause any issues in the future when my employer sponsors me for an EB-2 or EB-3 green card, once I return to H-1B status?
I personally believe W9 wont conflict with my OPT Status as Rent income is my own passive income and it has nothing to do with other employments . But I would like to confirm with NYIS experts .
