My wife and I married in January 2019 at Lubbock, Texas, when both of us were studying as F-1 students. But things didn’t work out after that and we no longer live in the U.S.
I did some research online but it seems that Texas requires one of us to live in Texas when we file the divorce request. Similar requirements apply to the states without residency requirements like Alaska, Washington, etc., that one of us is supposed to live there when filing the divorce.
Any kind suggestions and help would be very much appreciated!
