Fact:
Laid off from current company as of 11/29. 60 days grace period ends on 1/28/2020. I received first offer from Company A and is in the processing of H1b transfer filing(not yet filed).
Questions:
1. Any need to let Company A's Attorney know that I got laid off and is currently in the 60 days grace period?
2. Any difference between H1b transfer in the grace period and the regular H1b transfer while still working?
Scenarios:
If I were to receive another offer from Company B sometime in Jan 2020, and start to file H1b transfer as well.
Could you help with the following scenarios, any ways I can wait for Company B's h1b approval and ask company A to withdraw the approved h1b petition? 想直接等B的approval,然后去B公司上班
1) Company A H1b Approval date is before Company B H1b's filing date(both dates are before 1/28/2020)
2) Company A H1b Approval date is before Company B H1b's filing date(Company A Approval date is before 1/28 but Company B H1b filing date is a little after 1/28)
