2月申请h4, 3月申请h4 ead时 h4 pending，6月h4通过了，h4 ead 依然pending, 需要补H4 797 材料吗？  mail to that center?

不需要。H4通过了之后才开始审理H4的EAD, 因此还要再等等。

好的，谢谢您！现在的工卡9月1号到期，那8月31号就是最后一天了吗？我还有累计的7天的年假，可以在9月1 号开始使用吗？还是必须在9.1号之前用掉，或者换成钱？
