If I asked to quit the job before the last day on EAD card, but there is still way too far to reach the 90 days of unemployment, what I will be charged ?

Like I ended up my job on April 1st and my OPT will expire by May 28th, between this unemployment period, may I have the 60 days grace period after my OPT expires?

Answer 1

自然结束 means the individual has completed his or her OPT without the accumulation of more than 90/150 days of unemployment. So, as long as you didn't accrue more than the regulated amount of unemployment period, then you will be granted of the 60 days grace period.
