I have a recently approved I-140 (within 180 days).

If I change employer now, would I be able to retain my priority date, even though my previous employer may revoke my approved I-140? As long as the withdrawal is not due to fraud, wilful material misrepresentation, invalidation of the labor certification, or DOL revocation of the underlying labor certification.

You can retain your priority date because your i-140 was approved.
