I have recently graduated from my undergraduate degree on April 22nd. I apply for OPT after graduation. Meanwhile, I was traveling in Buffalo, NY. I accidentally cross the border between Canada and U.S., which became a problematic issue of my F-1 status. However, I don't really mean to cross the border by any case. The Canadian officers let I signed a document before they escort me back to the U.S. side, and the document was re-collected by the U.S. border officers when I was re-entering the U.S. right after. Since I have no paper form to prove this incident, It's been a very difficult situation for my long term planning now. please help.
