在十七岁的时候跟男友拍了裸照，他并不删除。我想知道可不可以通过法律程序告他Sex offense。美国Federal Law是说对方知道我是未成年还存下我的裸照就是Sex Offense，目前我已经18岁了。不知道这样我还可不可以告他 child pornography.

起诉对方是一种民事行为，如果对方将您的照片展示给别人观看，您可以起诉对方侵犯您的隐私。如果对方超过18岁，您也可以将对方举报给地方检察官。

Suing is a civil proceeding between people.  A crime is an offense against all people.  You can sue him for invading you privacy if he displays the photos.  You could also report him to the district attorney if he is 18 or over and displaying the photos of you under 18.
