你好，我2015年12月-2016年6月以F1身份在Denver的One Observatory Park租了一间公寓，入住时没有给我填写inventory check in form，6月份我毕业离开回国，按照程序把钥匙留在leasing office，工作人员没有带我一起检查房间就让我走了，半月后通知我房间地板坏掉换新，费用是3000多美金，直接扣掉了我3000美金的押金，但是提供的收据没有写我的房间号码，金额也与statement不符，更没有直接照片证据证明地板损坏，我离开房间时确实地板完好无损。由于我已经回国，无法直接交涉，Skype电话和email都无人回应，希望咨询一下有无追回可能。非常感谢！

如果您的房东是一个有地产经纪执照的经纪人，如果您向丹佛的real estate licensing board报告此事，您的房东必须回应。

Report it to the District Attorney for Denver, CO.  They will look for criminal wrongdoing.  You can also hire a local attorney to pursue the matter with the landlord.  If the landlord is a licensed real estate agent, they would likely respond to any complaint you make to the real estate licensing board.
