我是2014年3月左右的优先日，eb3申请。 我看表B 已经受理到2014年4月1号了，那么我是否应该提交i-485了？
我的律师说这个表B是给不在美国的申请者用的，我只能用表A也就是FINAL ACTION DATE. 请问是这样吗？ 我看到uscis有一条：Applicants for immigrant visas who have a priority date earlier than the application date in the chart may assemble and submit required documents to the Department of State’s National Visa Center, ---》 following receipt of notification from the National Visa Center containing detailed instructions. 是不是说有一个visa center会先发一个通知告诉你可以根据表B提交I-485。 也就是说不管我的律师理解是否正确，只要到时候他收到了national visa center发的信息，他只要跟着做就可以了。 不需要关注到底用不用表B?
