您出境了后的确算作为是abandon了这个身份自动转换了，但是身份自动转换本来目的也就是给在美国境内、不打算出境的申请人方便身份转换，不需要出境重新签证。如果您本来就是要出境的，自然也就不需要这个美国境内身份自动转换了，您可以在国内申请H1B签证的。
