I tried to fiind a real estate broker help me from search for a apartment. But all of those apartment' price ( including broker fee) were over our budget. So my roommates find a suitable apartment but it is in the same building as what the broker have shown two apartments to me. When i met the broker at the first time, he asked me filled a from, written my roommates' name and email address, sign my name on that broker's form, I am not sure if the broker's form was a contract. And I also sign my roommates's and my name on the building's visitor form, with the broker's name together. Will it be some trouble for me, if we sign a lease with the building to rent those apartment searched by my roommates on the Internet?
我之前找了个美国本地的中介领着看房子，合适的算上中介费就不划算了。后来我室友在网上找到了一套不错的，但是跟之前中介介绍的两套房是同一栋楼，只是中介带着看的是10楼和11楼，室友看的是9楼。我刚跟中介见面的时候填了个表，上面写了自己和室友的名字以及我们各自的邮箱，底下还签了自己的名字，但是并没有注意这算不算合同、有没有什么条款。所以我想问一下，如果如果撇开中介直接去跟大楼签房子，中介知道了的话，对我会不会有什么不好的影响？
