律師您好！ 我三年前持J-1簽證赴美交換學習。DS2019上寫的subject to the two year residence requirement for government financing. 但是當時僅僅是接受了學校（公立學校）3000美金sponsor（這個也寫在表上）。現在我人在美國持F1簽證，還有一年畢業。請問我這種情況J-1 waiver 能辦下來嗎？
