在读研究生。项目1年共3个学期，原计划今年8月毕业。第1学期有一门课被要求在8月之后的第4个学期重修。由于I-20不能更改，为了能够毕业之后能够申请OPT，只能在八月份I-20结束后立即【申请F1-reinstatement】。想问具体的流程细节，申请成功的概率，怎样子准备才能最大化申请成功？   想要提前开始准备，比较着急。

Graduate Student in US. Need to retake one course to complete the program after the expire of I-20. So in order to have the chance to apply for OPT, the only option for me now is to apply for the F1-reinstatement after the expire of my I-20.
