在Kforce，一个consulting公司工作两年多，off site在client这工作，LCA反映了这一点， 工资也高于prewailing wage，打算今年回国探亲，因为一直都说EC model的签证有风险，想问问是不是真的这样，可能会拒签吗？

在consulting公司为第三方客户工作，的确在申请H1B时需要提供更多的材料。您在面试时应说清楚您雇主对您的控制力，比如您如何向雇主汇报工作、是雇主对您的工作进行考核而不是第三方客户、您的劳动工具是雇主提供而不是客户提供等等。

我是楼主，来汇报啦！一切顺利，就问了我是做什么的，然后什么都没问。。。我其实觉得之前也算是想多了，材料都是真的，怕啥。就是真问起来好好回答，不过材料还是认真准备。我当时employer和工作公司的材料都准备了。good luck！

Still me.. can't type Chinese here. If you also work for Kforce, I think it is fine!!! Kforce is not ICC, so all terrible stories about ICC don't apply. I let Kforce prepared the employment verification letter. I also bring the letter from the place I work at, stating they don't have the control of my work, only Korce does and Kforce is responsible for my pay.. things like this. But don't give them to office at the beginning, which will make them confused and ask more. Just give them H1B, employment letter and paycheck.. also, Kforce prepared a nice package for you, so don't worry.
