Hi There: I am 55 year old chinese citizen.  I got green card in 1993. Living in shanghai  now. never retun to states since 2001 and never fill tax return since 2001Q 1) How can I  visit USA again? do i have to return green card ?is there tax liability?Q2) Can I apply green card again ( my kids are US citizen)
