1. 在递交材料的时候投资还没有选择项目： The NCE's project documentation submitted with I-526 notes that the investment will be selected and not that they had already been selected at the time of filing.

2. 这之后RC补充了被投资项目的信息，但是: " to the RFE but these additional documents didnot establish that all of the JCEs had been definitively established at time of filing"

这个是不是很麻烦？他们前几期都是这样的模式，会不会在829认定就业的时候出问题？
