我之前是J-2签证，后来读书又转成了F-1签证。后来我父亲做了J-1 签证waiver，但是那个时候我已经22了，我这种情况我还需要再单独做个waiver吗？现在是H-1B，我听说要出国签证需要先做waiver。他坐豁免的时候我22岁，当时是F-1签证，他现在也就只能拿到I-612 approval notice
