Hi, I am an F-1 student in OPT period. Now it's time for me to renew my OPT/apply for the STEM OPT. By any reason, I have two approved OPT records in my SEVIS currently, I have sent back one EAD card as USCIS recommended and work with another. But the two records are still in SEVIS. Do I need to add a statement to explain the case in my STEM OPT application? Is there anything else I need to pay attention? Thank you!
